Responsibilities/ Duties:
1. Plan and prepare the daily set up of the kitchen.
2. Maintain a record of balanced nutritional recipes according to Health Promotion Board’s guideline.
3. Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitary conditions throughout the working area including the utensils.
4. Ensure that kitchen store and other food storage equipment are kept clean and orderly
5. Maintain sufficient grocery for weekly needs.
6. Assist in general cleaning when required.
7. Perform monthly sanitising of all kitchen utensils.
8. Maintain and record checklist of all kitchen assets and ensure there are sufficient equipment to carry out duties effectively.
9. Perform any other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
1. At least Primary education.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience as a chef in an early education centre.
