The Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust is embarking on a hugely exciting programme to implement an Electronic Patient Record and this role will support the large scale rollout of technology to our frontline.
The post holder will assist then End User Device Team with the role out of new laptops, desktops and mobile devices and correct disposal for end-of-life hardware.
You will require basic knowledge of PC’s and mobile devices, email and office type software and good communication skills with customers and colleagues.
The role is “Kernowflex” our temporary staffing service, the hours are flexible working between hours 8-5 Monday to Friday.
Assist the engineers in providing an effective and efficient provision of an installation and support service to customers of Cornwall IT Services.
Adhering to and promoting the department’s standards for installation and support.
Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers and the members of Technical Services and the wider CITS team.
