We are looking for positive & proactive Admin Marketing Support to work in a fast-paced energetic team.

REQUIRED DAILY/MONTHLY DUTIES
- Provide admin support in all aspects of centre operations and good follow up on emails and calls received.
- Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing projects
- Manage social media platforms and content creation of any marketing collaterals
- Support the company in developing sales strategies, marketing campaigns and on collecting and interpreting marketing analytics
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate would be:
· Diploma or Degree in any field
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office and strong office administration skills
· Proactive, independent, meticulous and organized
· Able to handle multiple responsibilities in a small, fast-paced environment
· Able to learn web-based system for appointment booking, schedule, etc.
· Patient, understanding and able to display professionalism in handling & receiving inquiries and clients.
· The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar setting.
Work days (Monday to Friday) from 9am to 6pm.
