Your new role
The Non-Contentious role will offer you exposure to a broad non-construction caseload acting for both public and private sector clients on large development, infrastructure and energy projects, while the Contentious role will offer construction & infrastructure related dispute work ranging from court litigation to adjudications, arbitrations and mediations on everything from delays and defects to claims relating to professional negligence and contract management.

With significant growth in their Clean Energy Real Estate practice, they are now looking to recruit a recently qualified Real Estate lawyer to join their Bristol office.


Your new role
You will be joining their award-winning clean energy team providing a full range of transactional and advisory real estate services to clients with an established foothold in the renewables sector. You will have the opportunity to support a national and international client base on the real estate elements of major energy infrastructure developments, with projects including onshore wind, offshore wind, biomass, wave, tidal, hydro, solar, energy storage, anaerobic digestion and energy from waste.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a recently qualified lawyer who has trained and qualified with a respected City or national firm with a highly regarded real estate practice and be looking to develop your career with a national leader in the clean energy sector.
