We are seeking an experienced individual to proactively manage supplier performance across our contracts for the service, inspection, testing and planned
preventative maintenance of: - Gas systems; Heating installations; Water Hygiene; Swimming pools; Sewage treatment plants and pumping stations and much more.

This is a Hybrid-Remote role based in Stafford with the option for 3 days working from home.
What you'll be doing:
• Working with suppliers to overcome obstacles and ensure the effective delivery of multiple mechanically biased cyclical service & testing contracts.
• Providing customer support across approximately 600 properties predominantly within Staffordshire but also throughout the region.
• Being responsible for multiple mechanically biased contracts likely to include: Air Conditioning, Swimming Pool Plants, Gas Boiler Systems, HV Generators, Passenger Lifts, HVAC, Catering, Gas Tightness and Controlled Access.
• Operating a bespoke asset management system to manage contractor adherence to work schedules, report submission deadlines and auditing technical work reports for errors and omissions.
• Undertaking supplier staff audits to monitor safe working and competence.
• Assisting with the procurement process, updating and improving technical specifications, assessing supplier responses and mobilising new contracts.
What we're looking for:
• Experience of facilities management in a large multi-site environment
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of property statutory compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of property Health and Safety regulations and guidance notes etc. E.g. Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH, Control of Asbestos at Work Act, CDM.
• Professional qualification in at least one of the following:
• Relevant professionally recognised qualification within appropriate property related field (e.g. BSC/ BEng / HNC / HND or demonstrable sufficient previous experience with a mechanical/engineering bias.
• A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manipulate data and extract information from management reports output from the AMS.
• Experience of programme management and performance management related to property and a comprehensive understanding of current issues in this field.
• Valid driving licence with access to own vehicle.
