Job Overview:
The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will be the primary contact for customers using the client’s website shopping channel. The CSS will respond to customer requests, manage concerns, and provide specific information based on inquiries received via inbound phone calls and email channels. This role is crucial in projecting a professional company image and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What we need from you:
- You have either Certificate/ SPM/ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Must have B2 level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and aural comprehension). Decent English Speaking capabilities.
- You are proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin (both Traditional/ Simplied chinese)
Work Experience (Nice to have):
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in customer support / customer service representative in any industry, preferably in financial services.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, especially those with degrees in English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- A minimum 6-month call centre experience in Banking /Financial Services/ Fintech
- Ability to understand Banking Terminologies / possess 6 months of Sales Experience
