Job Description
1. Liaise with consultants and contractors on-site/ office to produce M&E services

2. Evaluate and keep proper records on tender documents, design reports and design review

3. Periodical site meetings and site inspections in conjunction with consultants.

4. Ensure production plan and activity meets project and client deadlines

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Formulate yearly budget, negotiate distributor contract, new listing and other business opportunities.
