O Assistente será responsável pelas seguintes atividades:
Atuar em rotina de benefícios assegurando o perfeito cumprimento da legislação.
Emissão e organização da documentação pertinente;
- Vale refeição:
- atualização cadastral (admissão, desligamentos, afastamentos, transferencias)
- geração arquivo de compra
- solicitação de pagamento da fatura
- rateio da despesa
- Auxilio creche/babá:
- solicitação do empregado via ticket
- conferência da documentação necessária para o benefício
- solicitar aprovação do benefícios
- após aprovado, lançamento do beneficio IT0014
- atualização cadastral em caso de desligamento e afastamentos
- Empréstimos:
- solicitação do empregado via ticket
- gerar relatório das solicitações mensais
- submeter à aprovação
- inserir dados para processamento da folha, após aprovação
- atualização em caso de desligamento e afastamentos
Serão diferenciais:
- Experiência e conhecimento no sistema SAP HR - experiência atuando como usuário nesta ferramenta
- Conhecimento e experiência na área empresarial de Outsourcing ou contabilidade é um importante diferencial (prestador de serviços)
- Idioma: Inglês e/ou Espanhol
