About the Position

Duties and Responsibilities

Core Function:

Work with the Senior Project Executive in developing and delivering the Higher education programmes activities in the field of people-to-people exchange and intellectual exchange.

1) Project Management

Organise higher education projects and activities, ranging from conceptualisation and design to communication, participant liaison, technical, logistical and financial matters, evaluation and reporting etc.

2) Financial Management

Monitor and manage the Higher education project budgets and expenses, assist in financial planning, including the preparation of grant submissions, financial reporting and reimbursements.

3) Stakeholder Relations

Liaise with participants on their engagement in the project as well as with partner organisations and government representatives, maintain the related CRM databases.

4) Publications and Reports

• Assist to resolve patient’s queries and escalate to centre-IC when necessary.
• Adhere to work safety guidelines and infection control protocols to ensure staff and patient safety.
• Assist centre-IC in tasks as assigned.

Qualification

Degree in Medical Laboratory/Biomedical Science or related fields.

Prior experience working at clinical laboratory at public or private healthcare establishment is advantageous but training will be provided

Experience in phlebotomy and heel prick sample collection will be advantageous but training will be provided

Effective communications and ability to converse in vernacular languages is an asset

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and with good problem solving skills

Possess positive attitude in resolving hostile and disgruntled patients professionally

Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines

Good interpersonal relationship skills and enjoy working as a team

Computer literate – knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be advantageous

Job Descriptions

• Set up and commission new machine installations at customer’s side.
• Provide technical feedback and failure analysis to R&D and Engineering Dept.
• To monitor and track major projects and perform technical presentations to customers if necessary.
• Able to answer technical question and provide recommendations or solutions for application of machines at customers’ sites.
• Report faults in a timely manner to your reporting superior.
• Understand customer requirements and able to perform data mining and analysis to provide recommendations for improvement.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where data analysis is required evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Requires working closely with R&D, Engineering and Application team for complex issue investigation and solution implementation.
• Develop knowledge-based repository for FAQs and documentation.
