About your role:

As our Group Leader Civil and Construction, you'll be at the helm of coordinating activities, managing staff and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed smoothly. You'll lead a dedicated crew, playing a vital role in shaping our stunning region. Job Description

• Assist the MD and Senior Project Manager in overseeing and leading assigned projects to completion
• Participate in site showrounds, tender exercises and site meetings wherever possible
• Ensure that projects and programs are according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
