Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with work pass processing and logistics team on onboarding matters of candidate
• Perform after-sales with both client and candidate to ensure hiring success and mitigate any settlement issues
• Attend weekly sales meetings with senior management on pipeline performances
  

Requirements

• Possess a diploma/degree in any discipline
• Have at least 3 years of recruitment sales experience in foreign recruitment (services, manufacturing, engineering, hospitality etc)
• Have a good sales track record
• Positive attitude and who enjoys a team environment
• Good communication and project management skills
• Possess a CEI Basic Comprehensive license

Job Scope

Procurement Coordination:

• Assist in procurement activities, including vendor management, purchase requisitions, and inventory management.
