• actively manage and contribute assets to the internal legal knowledge management (such as templates, quick guides, local new laws/policies, etc.);
• work and collaborate with China Head Office legal team and external counsel on managing the resolution of legal disputes;
• manage legal budget and external law firms;
• monitor and provide guidance regarding applicable new and developing rules and regulations, assess and advise on other legal risks affecting the Southeast Asia Business Unit and advise on internal policies and procedures, and/or provide commercially driven legal solutions;
• develop, localize and tailor training materials and conduct the training for internal business partners on relevant skills and areas of law;
• collaborate closely with other legal apparatuses within the Group, and provide support and assistance on projects, initiatives, and matters;
• provide ad hoc support to the Southeast Asia Business Unit leadership as needed from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS (CREDENTIALS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)

• Bachelor or above in law from a reputable law school. Qualification to practise Singapore laws is preferred.
• 5-plus years' experience in reputable law firms and/or in-house environment, preferably with expertise on retail, sports products or apparel industry and/or retail franchise operations.
• Familiarity with legal issues impacting retail, real property leasing, data privacy, brand marketing, commercial contracts, franchise operation, employment and international contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin Chinese in the workplace, so to smoothly liaise with colleagues in China Head Office and SEA countries
• Detail-oriented, able to communicate efficiently and effectively in a multi-cultural environment and able to work under pressure. Travelling within APAC may be required.

Summary of the Position

The candidate will be a technical RUN expert for all network security services operations and is accountable for the overall health and stability of the technical solutions within his/her scope.

He/She has to effectively work with technical peers such as architects, peer experts and project teams on various technology road maps and projects.

He/She will have control over the scope of technical activities, develop best practices, manage knowledge and ensure the necessary trainings are imparted to the team wherever applicable.

Additionally, he/she should be able work under pressure and with minimum supervision given the criticality of the banking infrastructure.

Main Duties

• Having an in-depth understanding of the network/security operational technologies and metrics that helps to measure quality, speed, user experience, and more, and making solid recommendations
• Manage service improvements for all Network and Security services supported throughout the organization
• Provide daily operational support for network security infrastructure documents, reviews, maintains and shares relevant technical information to the team
• Manage all high severity incidents and try to resolve them and restore the infra services within the stipulated SLA
• Manage all low severity incidents/requests without breaching the stipulated SLA
• Participate in incident management calls and problem management discussions
• Drives and delivers root cause for any high severity issue
• Support technical skills development within the team and provides training when required
• Plan, schedule, closely coordinate and implement network security changes and present them in respective CAB meetings while ensuring the conformity to CA-CIB change management policies, process and procedures
• Maximize network performance by monitoring performance; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with Network Architects on network optimization efforts.
• Review technology changes to identify potential risks
• Perform real-time analysis and trending of security systems
• Respond to user incident reports and evaluates the type and severity of security events.
• Identify recurring security issues and risks and develops mitigation plans and recommends process improvements.
• Interpret and apply security policies and procedures.
• Establish escalation processes for security incidents and develops contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures.

Qualifications and Profile

Must have:

• Cisco Nexus & Data Center Architectures (VPC/VDC/ACI/MPLS)
• Routing protocols – high level proficiency of BGP/OSPF
• Layer 2 switching technologies
• High level proficiency of operations and troubleshooting mechanisms
• Network monitoring and management tools (HPNNM/Solarwinds/Grafana)
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of these faculties:
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Programming & Systems Analysis
• Science (Computer Studies)

We are currently looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join our Professional Services Team delivering Security Projects encompassing predominantly NAC, Firewall, PS and 2FA solutions.

Qualified candidate is expected to have hands-on experience in delivering such solutions. 1.0 Job Responsibilities:

· Develop low level design document for the project delivery detailing the scope with the sensible technology write up.

· Participate in Internal/Customer meetings to develop the LLD document

· Strong understanding with hands-on experience of multiple NAC solutions using Radius Protocol and device admin with Tacacs Protocol

· Understanding of Windows Active Directory and Integration with NAC Solutions

· Proficient with hands-on experience delivering Firewall migrations and tuning Firewall/IPS policies.

· Ability to deliver 2FA Solutions for specific use case requirements

· Proactively participate in maintaining internal knowledgebase sharing technical findings within the Team

2.0 Required Qualifications:

Essential:

· Network Access Control (dot1x) experience of HPE ClearPass, Cisco ISE

· Firewall Migration expertise across multi-vendor platforms- Cisco ASA/FTD, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Checkpoint

· Hands on experience Cisco FirePower NGIPS

· Basic understanding of Networking – Routing and Switching Protocols

· Ability to manage small scale project and ensure completion within the projected timeline

· Build Customer relationship to manage the projects in a congenial way

· Team Player highly spirited, sharing project experience with peers

· Able to learn and adopt new skills when projects warrant based on the relevant training provided

Desirable:

· Hands on experience RSA SecureID, Cisco DUO 2FA

· Hands on experience deploying in Cloud platform (i.e. AWS, Azure) is preferred
