Job Description

We are looking for a competent and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

Job scope & Responsibilities:

• Establishing new business and maintain good relationship with existing/new customers.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries, preparation of quotation, follow up with customers and maintaining client records.
• Manage collections from customers in accordance with the Company’s credit policies, terms and procedures.
• To actively acquire and seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• To create frequent reviews and reports with sales and customers data.
• To review, recommend and follow-up on sales applications and documentations.

Qualifications: 

• Candidate must hold at least a bachelor's degree and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing Basic English.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

This is a full-time role for a Sales Support Engineer, stationed in Kuala Lumpur, responsible for providing sales and technical support to customers, as well as preparing and delivering technical presentations. To  identify new opportunities of sales and marketing activities .Technical back groud with semiconductor knowledges preferred .

Responsibilities:

• Manage the organising, implementation and monitoring of research activities to ensure they are carried out to a high standard and brought to a successful completion.
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the labouratory while making significant technical contributions to ongoing product development.
• Participate in the scoping and writing of research proposals for funding bodies.
• Perform routine and complex labouratory analyses, recognising and correcting errors.
• Participate in the preparation and administration of the R&D budget and be accountable for expenses related to development projects.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies as required.
• Continuously update knowledge of relevant scientific research techniques and participate in continuous professional development activity.
• Offer support and mentoring to junior technical staff.

• Ensure the labouratory is well stocked, resourced and maintained.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an R&D Supervisor, or similar.
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
• Familiarity with R&D platforms and practices.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or a related field.

Job Description:

• Prepare full set conceptual drawing in 2D and 3D presentation, layout plan and material sample board.
• Maintain good communication with Designer Team, Client, Consultant, Contractor and Sub-contractor.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate site activities.
• Monitor project work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing specification and procedure.
• Dedicated, committed and have a great passion for interior design.

Job Requirement:

• Preferable candidates specialized in Architecture / Interior Design / Drafting Design or equivalent.
• Well verse in AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Sketch-up, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Power Point, MS Excel and Word.
• Experience in retail outlet concept detail drawing.
• Willing to travel to any project site for site visit or site meeting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
