• Managed project lifecycle from BOM creation in SAP B1 to overseeing commissioning and handling after sales enquiries.
• Provide technical field assistance, in maintenance, installation, operation, and start-up for all CPM equipment; prepare customer field report after each trip.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to contribute to product cost savings through identifying opportunities including alternates for cost savings including during the bid stage, build value engineering project pipeline and drive multiple VAVE projects in a timely manner to support business goal target.
• Handle component changes due to obsolescence or supply shortages. Assist with location of component sources vendors and manufacturers, locate alternate sources, find components substitutions along with qualification strategy.
• Monitor, identify and resolve all lifecycle issues and assist various teams to identify appropriate resources and substitutes for components.
• Assess quality, reliability, and compatibility of components through testing, analysis, and collaboration with engineering and suppliers.
• Analyze and evaluate design for materials, manufacturing process & supply chain for value analysis / value engineering opportunities.

• At least 3 year of working experience in the EMS or an MNC environment with proven experience in managing suppliers .
• Strong analysis skills, knowledge in material pricing and strategy.
• Experience with evaluation and qualification of electrical/electronic component/manufacturers. Proven experience in successful VA/VE proposals.
