• Assist in the closing process, including organizing and coordinating closing documents.
• Manage and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with title companies and surveyors to resolve title issues.
• Assist attorneys in legal research and analysis.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and document management.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution
• Prior experience as a real estate paralegal preferred.
• Proficiency in CLIO Practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of real estate law and related regulations is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to client service

Preferred Qualifications:

• JD Degree

Based in East Leeds (LS15) – you will be responsible for assisting Fee Earners in the Commercial Property team handling commercial sales, purchases, commercial leases. Duties will include; liaising with clients, drafting documents, legal research.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Benefits include; 33 days holiday including statutory, Private Medical cover, free onsite parking and flexible working hours. This is a full time, office-based role.
