The role of pharmacy within General Practice is part of an exciting programme of transformationwhich is underpinned by the NHS Long Term Plan. This is an innovative role to work within the Lakeside Healthcare Pharmacy team to ensure safeand effective use of medicines for patients within Lakeside Healthcare. As a starting point the role will initially focus on medicines reconciliation from clinic and dischargeletters, and will develop further as the role of the Pharmacy team expands within theorganisation. It is vital that effective systems and procedures are in place to ensure that thisprocess is effective, safe and efficient. The right candidate will be involved in day to daymanagement of this with regular and thorough reviews of all medications. The process alsoensures that patients receive the appropriate monitoring necessary for the medication they areprescribed. DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Job Responsibilities/Principal Duties to include: Medicines reconciliation from clinic and discharge letters Take a central role in the clinical aspects of shared care protocols Level 1 medication reviews to include: o Identifying patients on repeat medication who have not had a medication review o Check medical notes to assess if any monitoring is required and arrange as appropriate o Update medication as appropriate following defined protocols o Remove any old or unnecessary medication from repeat o Update quantities to provide appropriate supply each month o Review dosage instructions to ensure concise and clear instructions Ensure prescribing is in-line with the Lakeside Drug Formulary whilst taking consideration of CCG prescribing guidance. Conduct searches for audits and high-risk drug monitoring using clinical systems. Participate in practice meetings, and other meetings to improve engagement of the role ofpharmacy technician within the Lakeside Pharmacy model and to promote issues relevant toprescribing. Undertake training and development, to ensure the required knowledge and skills forpractice-based work. Support initiatives for antimicrobial stewardship to reduce inappropriate antibiotic prescribing. Assist in the delivery of medicines optimisation incentive schemes and audits relating toMHRA alerts, drug monitoring and other patient safety initiatives. Develop relationships with other pharmacy technicians, pharmacists and members of themulti-disciplinary team to support integration of the pharmacy team across health and socialcare including primary care, community pharmacy, secondary care, and mental health. Training and personal development: You will participate in any training and development programmes implemented by Lakeside Healthcare. This could include: Participation in individual performance reviews, including maintaining a record of your own personal and professional development. The post-holder will have a professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Art Therapy, and will be expected to work autonomously within professional guidelines and under the management and supervision of the SUN Service Manager. The post holder will be based at Mind-BLMK premises in Luton, and will be required to travel to sites across Bedford, Central Bedfordshire and Luton, when necessary, for the delivery of SUN groups. As a key member of a new team of Clinical and Lived Experience SUN facilitators, the post-holder will contribute to the development and delivery of a facilitated peer support SUN service across Bedfordshire and Luton. The key responsibilities include: Working with the SUN service manager to organise and ensure the delivery of the programme of facilitated peer support groups in the area. Delivering between 3 and 5 facilitated peer support SUN groups every week, both online and in person. Co-facilitating SUN groups with Lived Experience SUN Facilitators, leading on safety plans and risk management. An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit for Complex Health Coordinators for a project (Horizontal Project) that is being undertaken within the South Peterborough Primary Care Network (SPPCN). The aim of the Horizontal Project is to educate and to provide support to specific groups of patients who have been identified as those with complex health needs who could benefit from some additional input from Primary care to improve their quality of life. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting well-being and personalised care plan assessments for cohorts of patients with specific health conditions, in a variety of settings, using effective communication skills to support individuals with complex conditions to identify their next health and well-being steps, including referrals to appropriate service providers (both clinical and social). They will require strong motivation and dedication to facilitate both individual and group work interventions to make health and well-being changes, seeking clinical advice when indicated. They will need to be able to use clinical judgement to evaluate individuals difficulties and progress, including the recording and analysis of objective and subjective measurements. They will need to work in a variety of settings, this includes lone working, with access to senior clinicians, according to protocols and reporting back patient progress and informing senior staff of any relevant issues. DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Key Responsibilities Patient Care To effectively communicate verbally with patients, carers, clinicians, and colleagues using tact and persuasive skills. This may involve using skills where patients have difficulties in communication e.g. Hearing loss, diminished sight, mental health issues, speech problems, cognitive impairment, behavioural problems, and pain. To identify when patients need interventions from other services and initiate onward referral as indicated, within the GP practice team, third sector services, and including to the senior clinician(s) within the project. To be involved in the development, delivery, and evaluation of patient group work initiatives, in conjunction with a senior clinician, demonstrating initiative and curiosity about how to achieve positive patient outcomes through this therapeutic approach. To keep the individual at the centre of their wellbeing plan, raising awareness of shared decision making and provide information to help individuals make informed choices about their care. Support individuals in their health and wellbeing, including through self-management education, providing relevant resources and information, and accessing personal health budgets, training, employment, and benefits. Coordinate care services and work closely with other primary care roles. Assist with monitoring and actioning of referrals and communicate effectively with other practices in the network about this, to ensure timely management of referrals. Project and Operational requirements To maintain integrity of Horizontal Project data in relevant system and provide written and verbal feedback regarding individual and group outcomes, generating report data to monitor project progress. Support and contribute to population health initiatives, including data analysis, and interpretation to identify trends and areas for improvement. To have knowledge of email, excel and Microsoft forms and clinical systems such as SystemOne or be willing to undergo training on these applications and any others as deemed relevant to the project delivery. Sound knowledge and awareness of population inequalities and health disparities affecting wellness and disease and the biopsychosocial factors that influence these, linking theory and models to clinical practise. Actively stay informed about developments in population health to improve project effectiveness, and share knowledge and resources within team, colleagues and within clinical role, including participating in delivery of training. Actively participate in the practice of supervision, keeping records and a portfolio to evidence skill and personal development. To work autonomously under the direction of a senior clinician(s) within the project which aims to target the populations identified within the Core 20 Plus 5 NHS approach. Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Support

· Be actively involved in the customer support plan for Group and partners OEMs in the Asia Pacific region

· Communicate valued expertise to customers, and act as the interface between the OEMs and Asia-Pacific Airlines on technical issues, complaints or investigation requests to exceed customer satisfaction

· Manage emergency/crisis situations (Aircraft On Ground A.O.G.) in the region

Repair Operations

· Lead repair workshops and customers support operations for SAFRAN Group and partners OEMs in Asia-Pacific

Experience and Qualifications:

d) Serviced-oriented with hands-on experience of customer support.

e) Effective Project Management and interpersonal skills

f) Experience in calibration requirements and procedures

g) Proficient with Microsoft software applications

h) Working knowledge of the Aviation Airworthiness requirements like Part 145 is advantageous

The Role – Lift Service Engineer

Brightwork are supporting our client, a leading company in the lift industry, in their search for a skilled Lift Service Engineer based in Scotland. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive experience in working with various types of lifts and controller manufacturers. They must demonstrate critical thinking and creativity in problem-solving, holding a minimum qualification of NVQ3 in Engineering Maintenance or equivalent.

Shifts: Monday – Friday, 1/4 on call rota paid at premium rate plus overtime pay

• Plan and assist the Senior Engineer to monitor the daily progress of activities to achieve on or before schedule, i.e., by comparing the planned vs actual progress status, identify critical activities.
