• To be proficient in handling firefighting equipment and effectively handle minor fire incidence and at minimum be a certified Site Incident Controller​
• To ensure all cases of irregularities being investigated promptly and thoroughly and sound recommendation made to the management/departments​

About the Position (Based in Singapore)

SRS is currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and capable Security Control Center Supervisor to join one of its most prestigious contracts in Singapore. The selected candidate will be exposed to a high-performance environment that is fast-paced, and dynamic; supporting the round-the-clock operations at the dedicated APAC Security Control Center.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the ASCC Manager with a dotted line reporting to the Global Security Control Center (GSCC) Manager in the United States and work in a team of other Supervisors, Specialists, a Security Systems Supervisor, and an Intel Analyst
• Exercise the level of leadership, management and supervision
• Ensure all functions of the APAC Security Control Center are carried out in an efficient and effective manner whilst providing maximum security support
• Manage and coordinate security communications operations ensuring that security procedures are implemented and followed as per the ASCC Procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to perform well and maintain a high degree of professionalism and service on a routine basis, during emergency situations or under extreme pressure

Job Description:

• Work experience with maintaining enterprise systems with focus on cyber security
• Troubleshoot reported issue
• Liaise with technology vendors for escalation where required
• Patching and updating of tools and systems
• Prepare incident reports and maintain records of service level agreements for customers
• Maintain technical documentation

Skill sets:

• Experience in Operations Support
• Experience in technologies like McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft, Thales
• 3 years’ in managing and executing projects based on endpoint security, data loss prevention and vulnerability management domains

Education / Experience:

• Diploma/ Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent
• Professional certifications in cyber security solutions preferred

• Compiled evidence for management and law enforcement after prosecutable incidents

• Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Bachelor degree in any related discipline (Business Administration, International Business)
• 3 years’ experience in Security Team leader or Supervisor role.
• Experiences in ISO28001 or AEO
• Good communication skills

• Able to communicate in English (Basic Level)
• Working hour 9.00-18.00 on Mon-Fri and Alternate Sat (2days/month)
