Job Objectives

Business Systems Analyst is responsible for managing significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, etc.), and includes business systems analysis or technical writing. Activities require a broad knowledge of the organization and its key functions.

The Business Systems Analysis focus specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business areas, identifying business unit requirements, creating project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

· Understanding, gathering and documentation of business requirements

Key Requirements

1. Hands-on experience rolling out Workday in the role of a Functional Business Analyst - in to at least Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam for a bank

2. Workday knowledge should include integrations to downstream bank systems, SF learning and recruitment

3. Worked with vendors (like Accenture) on end-to-end projects

4. Practical experience working with users and technical delivery team as part of change releases

5. Participated in SDM governance

Primary Tasks 

• Data collection as well as the merging of datasets from various excel files or Google Sheets

What do I need?

- Extensive experience within a similar role with a full understanding, awareness and experience of standard document control best practices and processes.

- Experience in a construction, engineering, project management, or related field and ideally educated to National Level NVQ5.

- Proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing software and experience in the use of electronic document management systems

- Ideally a demonstrable understanding of the Energy industry, gained from past experience as well as through social/professional networking is desirable.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to become the subject matter expert.

What you’ll do

• 5+ years experience within the security industry.

About You

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with IT/Technology is required.
• Knowledge of SQL is required.

As a Senior Adaptive Analyst, Financial Information Systems at Evolent, you will be the main technical specialist for Business Operations Finance and accounting teams. You will help with Adaptive Planning and Workday, working with the business to understand their requirements and turn them into a technical plan that can be executed.

Collaboration Opportunities:

Your role is to be a technical contact person who connects with stakeholders, identifies the most important backlog items, and fosters cooperation across a cross-functional team. You will also work with FP&A, Finance Partners, Accounting and other Financial Information Systems Analysts to create and implement high-quality solutions mainly in Adaptive using an Agile framework.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Maintain and administer the Adaptive Planning application, including functional setup, data models, integrations, etc. within financial and workforce planning.

• Build and manage data integrations from Adaptive to Workday and other upstream/downstream systems.

• Build, configure and implement solutions on Adaptive Roadmap through rigorous design, development, testing, and deployment with required documentation.

• Understand system pain points, determine root causes, demonstrate, and develop solutions to address short and long-term issues.

• Configure and administer security in compliance with SOX policies and procedures.

• Leverage strong communication skills to conduct feature demos and training for business stakeholders and the internal team.

Qualifications Required and Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. (Required)

• 2+ years of experience in full Adaptive Planning implementations. (Required)

• Current holder of the Adaptive Planning Platform certification. (Preferred)

• Experience with Workday Core Financial Management, SQL, and other financial analytical tools a plus. (Preferred)

• Understanding of HR and Finance processes and how they feed into budgets and forecasts. (Required)

• Understanding of forecasting data models. (Preferred)

• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. (Required)

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. Primary Tasks 

• Data collection as well as the merging of datasets from various excel files or Google Sheets
• Ensuring the integrity of the data/information in MS Excel files by making sure there are no errors or mistakes in them

Other tasks for applicants who like more complex work:

• Conducting business research on selected topics of interests which can be related to any other field like economics, finance, marketing, social media, human resource, psychology, law and etc. depending on your major or specialization
• Analysing the data for your research and determining how the findings can affect any aspects of our operations (Ex. Marketing, Sales, Human Resource Management, etc)
• Helping us come up with design concepts or prototype designs for our website and mobile App using Adobe XD OR marketing or social media posts and banners with tools like Canva if you like to be creative
• Working with employees from other departments such as Finance, Graphics design, IT, Psychology, etc to work on specific tasks if needed
• Clearly and openly, communicating problems and solutions via Skype with the Managing Director

Scope of work

· Prepare Variation Agreement (VA) documents for Change Requests (CRs) and seek approval from Authority.

· Maintain the master CR lists and provide support for CR prioritisation discussions, and consolidate variation requirement of CRs to prepare for the variation to CR purchase orders.

· Monitor the activities to ensure CR are implemented within agreed implementation timeline.

· Validate all quarterly and monthly E-HR KPI for CRs, System Investigation Requests (SIRs), Service Request (SR) and Customer Satisfaction Survey are met, going through evidences provided, and submit a report to Authority on the validation.

· Propose, document and implement improvements to the current work processes to achieve increased efficiency and effectiveness or tighten audit issues in delivering the maintenance support services.

· Any other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Education Qualification

At least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or Equivalent.

Required Working Experience

At least 1 year of working experience in information technology.

Responsibilities

• Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing projects.
• Managing daily planning for project sites.
• Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Prepare T&Cs, OMM, cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Organize materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Prepare work schedules and allocate resources, as well as supervise junior engineers, workers, and contractors.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (reports, tests, drawing and other).
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
• Ensuring all health and safety (QHS) and sustainability policies and legislations are adhered to.
• Prepare site reports, project meeting minute and other paperwork.
• Document processes and present project progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Prepare the Operation Maintenance Manual including the documentation of equipment list, maintenance, catalogue, testing and commissioning and as-built drawing.

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related field
• M&E services & AutoCAD knowledge
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Experience in Data Centre, good financial and budget control will be an advantage
• Project management and supervision skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Good planning and coordinating skills
