Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account cum Admin Executive to join our team. This role requires a blend of financial acumen, administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
- Oversee office administrative tasks, including managing schedules, correspondence, and supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, record-keeping.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Handle general office duties and provide support to team members as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to address financial and administrative needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Serve as a resource for financial and administrative inquiries, providing guidance and support as required.
Qualifications :
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3 years++) in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a plus.
