Responsibilities and Duties
 

·       Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

·       Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.

• To handle full set accounts and be responsible for month end accounts closing.

Implementation of e-invoicing

• Reconciliation for Sales, Service fee, Imports, Claims.
• Prepare consolidated e-invoice to IRB submission monthly.
• Checking self-billed e-invoice before uploading to IRB portal.
• Checking Import e-invoice before uploading to IRB portal.
• Follow-up to ensure all the self-billed e-invoice submission to IRB is approved without any reject.

AP/AR

-Strong communication and people management skills.

This role would suit some one from a customer service, account management or order processing background with an interest in pharmaceutical or medical industry. The position will be based Sunway Damansara area in PJ and you will ensure that is a convenient location for you to work.

職責

主要工作職責：
- 管理客戶對公司產品和服務的日常詢問。
- 為銷售團隊提供日常活動的售前和售後管理支持，包括客戶訂單、報價和計費/發票。
- 銷售訂單的處理和所有相關的管理。
-產生和處理客戶訂單。
- 為現場銷售團隊開發新業務提供一般銷售支援。
- 協調和聯絡內部部門，確保按時完成任務。
-維護和更新銷售和客戶記錄。
候選人要求
成功的候選人必須是年齡在 25-35 歲之間的女性，至少擁有商業、會計或同等學歷的文憑資格，並且在之前的工作經驗中至少有 1-2 年類似的銷售支援工作經驗。
簡介/屬性：
-女性優先；服務型的人。
- 最低資格：SPM或文憑或STPM。
- 至少1-2年相關經驗。
-具有高度主動性和自我激勵性以達到服務標準的經驗。
- 較強的溝通及人員管理能力。
- 精通英語、馬來語和華語。
- Microsoft Office 和會計系統（SQL）的實務經驗。
- 較強的組織能力及多工處理能力。
