Principal Accountabilities:

• Lead total education/training strategy and action plan with excellent execution OMNI to drive business growth in Indonesia while ensuring the right fit approach within brand DNA and values
• Review and identify/initiate Education programs/modules from HQ that are relevant and fit with business strategy
• Prepare the training module and plan
• Conduct the training session and follow up on the results regularly
• Evaluate training results, coaching, and developing Beauty Advisor in each store
• Evaluate the success of training to develop further training needs
• Being in the field regularly to execute the designed training for the sales team and raise information to create further training needs
• Ensure compliance with brand policies, standards, and procedures
• Assists the Brand Team in launching events, principal store visits, and other team activities
• Prepare and submit monthly training reports
• Deliver training, evaluation, and development report
• Work closely with all functions to manage new product/campaign launches on time as planned and implement in-depth product knowledge across all field teams Performing the beauty class

• At least 2-3 years experience in the beauty industry, preferably within the skin care, beauty, make-up, and haircare category
• Excellent knowledge/experience in retail business
• Strong interpersonal, communication & coaching skills
• Experience in building effective teams
• Creative, proactive, and high motivation in work
• A results-driven achiever with ambition, motivation, and dynamism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Has a positive work attitude, sociable, and fast learner
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills

To contribute to the scholarship and intellectual life of the University by conducting University TriDharma as appropriate under Head of Department supervision. To  participate in the University and wider Department activities. The main responsibility includes the following :

• To engage in undergraduate teaching. The range of duties may vary from time to time but faculty are engaged primarily in lecturing. Some class teaching may also be required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct & analyze comprehensive learning development needs based on competencies or business needs in Field Office to obtain learning needs
• Design & develop learning materials based on curriculum/syllabus to ensure the learning programs have impact on behavior changes/business impacts
• Conduct & deliver learning programs/sessions based on needs or designed learning modules to increase level of competencies field office team
• Conduct, deliver & monitor post-learning activities to help participants implement their learning results
• Conduct, deliver & monitor learning evaluation based on learning curriculum to ensure learning results are implemented in workplace and have impact on business

• Architect and transform our parser into a monorepo that drives multiple micro-services.
• Design and implement an ETL process for full-text search capabilities (or provide in-depth analysis for its non-necessity).
• Extend our API suite by adding endpoints and integrating with third-party providers.
• Revamp our parser codebase – focusing on optimization, modularity, and cleanliness.
• Create a public API endpoint for the developer community to access our vast resources.
• Design and implement a caching system for ENS names that auto-updates based on the transactions identified by our parser.

• A trailblazing spirit with a penchant for innovation and swift execution.
• Demonstrable proficiency in TypeScript.
• Comprehensive understanding of SQL, especially in crafting queries and understanding relational database intricacies.
• Proven experience in designing distributed, high-availability systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure deployments, especially via Terraform.
• A collaborative mindset with a sense of urgency to deliver.

It's an advantage if you have these skills below:

• Experience with Kafka.
• Proficiency in GoLang.
• Familiarity with GCP and Kubernetes.
