Description of the mission:

The Program Manager main objective is to manage the execution of some sensitive contracts awarded to the company.

This responsibility shall be exercised through the following activities / actions (but are not limited to):

• Plan and monitor the execution of allocated projects and programs and ensure their achievement in cost delay and quality
• Report the business situation on a regular basis, and seek for orientation or decision when needed,
• Support commercial department for business development, and manage offers when requested,
• Contribute to staff allocation in close relationship with involved departments, especially technical and procurement departments,

You will be responsible for the overall co-ordination of mechanical heart devices implantation including assessment of patients on their suitability, management of patients supported with the devices, as well as assist in the routine investigations for the patients. You will be required to hold discussions with patients and their families to ensure their understanding of the mechanical heart devices programme and conduct device training for patients, family members and staff. Demand Planner

· Submit and manage forecast to principals based on purchase budget/business plan.
