Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Homestay Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our homestay establishment. The Homestay Manager will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our guests while maintaining the overall quality and cleanliness of the property. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
- Ensure that guests' needs are met promptly and professionally throughout their stay.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, striving to exceed expectations and maintain high guest satisfaction

- Property Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the homestay property, including guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and cleanliness standards.

Staff Management:

Responsibilities:
- Providing comfortable accommodations for guests in a homely atmosphere.

- Ensuring guests have a pleasant stay and addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas.

Objectives:
Required Skills
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
- Knowledge of property maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- The capability to address issues or challenges that may arise during a guest's stay.
- Ability to repair basic Housekeeping equipment and perform preventive maintenance;
- An outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Exemplary organizational and time-management skills.
- Hospitality Management background.

JOB Requirement
- SPM/ SPMV
- Minimum 2-years related experience as or similar role is an advantage.
- Speak, read and write Bahasa Malaysia/ English
- Use basic functions and applications of a computer.
- Good physical health and stamina.
- Communicate and relate effectively at the workplace.
- Stamina to handle physical demands of the job.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to provide staff with On-the-Job Training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including cleanliness, safety, and guest service protocols.

至少2年相关经验,
