TYPICAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings).

• Vacuum rugs/carpet in offices and public areas.

• Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and all other horizontal surfaces including periodic high dusting.

• Clean windowsills; glass in interior doors, partition, and specified windows.

• Clean glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior- Wash/spot clean interior walls as appropriate daily.

•Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily.

• Report issues such as clogged urinals, lights out, spots on carpet, broken fixtures, etc. to supervisor or manager.

• Collect building trash daily placing it in approved container and place in designated collection area for subsequent removal.

• Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers per specs.

• Performs periodic work: High dusting, wall washing, dusting blinds, etc. as directed by Lead, Supervisor or Manager.

• Any and all other duties as assigned by Lead, Supervisor or Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
· Must be able to take direction, follow instructions, perform any duty and work any area
assigned by lead, supervisor or manager, to work with minimal supervision, and to function
cooperatively as part of a team.
· Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

About the Role

Primarily responsible for delivering sales and leadership training and development programs for advisors and leaders up to the Unit Manager level in the assigned region to support Agency growth and expansion.

• Delivers advisor and leader training and development programs based on established company training path and guidelines.
• Monitors attendance, completion and governance of advisor and development programs based on established company training path.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

The Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development is seeking an Associate General Counsel for our Development Division - Legal Section. The Associate General Attorney acts as the Managing Attorney within the Development/Land Management Division and oversees the assignment, preparation, management, and completion of legal proceedings in District Court, Circuit Court, and at the appellate level to acquire properties by DHCD Development legal staff on behalf of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore. Such cases may include actions in Condemnation, Tax Sale Foreclosure, In Rem Foreclosure, and Quiet Title actions.  The Managing Attorney also coordinates closely with the City Law Department regarding the allocation and strategy surrounding such legal proceedings, and with other City agencies and departments to ensure DHCD receives the information and support it needs to successfully prosecute and manage its cases.  Additionally, the Managing Attorney oversees the drafting, review, and approval of legal documents required for the acquisition and disposition of targeted properties needed to advance DHCD’s blight elimination goals. Work of this class involves the supervision of DHCD Development Division’s attorneys and paralegals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• In coordination with the Assistant Commissioner for the DHCD Development Legal Section, contribution to the development and refinement of DHCD policies and programs, and explanation/advocacy for said policies and programs before other agencies and departments, community groups, legislative bodies, and other stakeholders.
• In coordination with the Assistant Commissioner for the DHCD Development Legal Section, monitoring, analyzing, revising, and opining on legislation before the Maryland General Assembly and the Baltimore City Council. Job Summary

About The Role
Leading a team of cleaners at a prestigious customer site.

Your main aim will be to supervise a team of cleaning staff, undertaking daily inspections of the site and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.

Supervisor for waste and cleaning shift pattern 4 on 4 off to supervise and support the team on site for OCS.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Workforce Strategist drives the development and implementation of effective workforce strategies, programs, and initiatives. Using technology, data, and relationship building, they enhance the workforce experience and engagement of local Practitioners. Through analytics and feedback, they design strategies to continuously improve engagement. Desirable Candidates will have the ability to influence key stakeholders and operational owners through well-articulated strategies backed up with metric driven value statements.

Project Management

• Serves as the operational arm of the Practice Advisory Community. (Planning, budget, attendance, coordination, and overall support)

• With the assistance of the PA Governance Committee, develop quarterly convenings. This includes scheduling, topics, location, and guest speakers.

• Maintains and onboards members of the PA Governance Committee. This committee is made up of workforce development and supportive service practitioners that are members of the larger PA group. This group currently meets virtually monthly.

• Coordinate and host two professional development activities each year. (Based on PA community suggestions)

• Partners with and supports the initiatives within the “Vision for a Coordinated Workforce System”. (Access Points, Baltimore Data Bridge and Employer Services)

• Encourages community engagement with new and existing partners. (Internal and External partners)

• Serves as the point of contact for existing and potential PA activities.

• Work closely with internal and external leaders to plan and implement change projects and strategies which help realize the agency’s vision and mission

• Establish project management tools and processes, including setting up and chairing the appropriate project governance meetings.

• Project Management – There is a strong role for project management in the accomplishment of strategic initiatives. Candidates will demonstrate their ability to manage projects with cross-divisional teams to pursue and leverage opportunities. The Manager of Strategic Initiatives must work with operating team members to develop and refine project management framework and coach teams.
