WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The GRC Specialist leads the development and implementation of processes and solutions for assessing risk and managing complex regulatory and industry standard requirements across diverse business and technology landscape. The position requires a highly skilled technical and information security expertise for development and implementation of the information security risk management program. Responsibilities require leadership and project management experience, as well as expertise to ensure effective system-wide security analysis; standards and testing; risk assessment; awareness and education; and development of policies, standards and
guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of security
• GRC processes such as Policy Management, Information Risk Management, Compliance Management, etc
• Support, configure, test, implement, and maintain the GRC processes in the applicable GRC product, working closely with the business, IT, Security and3rd party development/implementation partners.

• Understanding of Process Documents like P&ID, PFD, ability to read the control loops and interlocks.

• Knowledge in Control Narrative-CN, Control Philosophy, Valve Sequence Chart, Operation Sequence Chart-OSC, Control Logic Chart-CLC, Cause & Effect Logic Diagram, Functional Design Specification-FDS etc. for platform Standard supply projects (small scale projects). 

• Hands on experience in development of PLC, HMI/ SCADA for process equipment based on controls documentation for multiple projects ranging from platform standard supply projects (Small scale project) and EP/EP+ Standard/custom specification (Medium scale projects).

• Understanding various protocols ETHERNET, CONTROLNET, MODBUS TCP/IP PROFIBUS, etc.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (Chemical Engineering preferred).
• Industrial diploma from RLI/CLI/Karnataka state board approved course in Industrial Safety
• A minimum 10-12 years of experience in a Chemical processing plant or relevant.

Key Skills required (must haves – certifications/ know-how)

• Preferred to be Chemical Engineer (B.E/B.Tech/M.tech)
• Industrial Diploma from RLI/CLI/Karnataka State approved course in industrial safety.

Ensure that the drawings and documents output from the Plant 3D and P&ID Software comply with the Veolia standards and business requirements.  Continuously improve outputs based on lessons learned and the state of the industry and the state of the art.

Must be able to effectively communicate, organize and be efficient in time management with a team of engineers from multiple disciplines. High levels of decision making, organization and planning is required to be effective.

• Design layout in 3D models of equipment, piping, structures and instrumentation for the entire plant and or insider a skid

• Provide safe operation and access for operators of the package

• Minimize fabrication cost through optimization of pipe and cable tray routing
