Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day execution of Corporate Finance (CF) transactions such as IPO/RTOs, General Offers, Rights Issues, M&As and advisory
• Carry out due diligence on CF transactions and the nature of due diligence spans across various areas such as financial, legal, regulatory and commercial
• Assist in preparing for submissions to the relevant regulatory authorities
• Conduct industry and company research
• Perform financial analysis and modelling of companies and other valuation related work
• Develop and prepares client presentation materials and reports
• Interface with clients and other stakeholders
• Manage transaction logistics with minimal supervision
• Lead small group discussions for CF transactions

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics
• Team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Demonstrates ability to juggle multiple transactions at any one time and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, resilient, results driven and resourceful individual
• Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English
• Basic written and verbal proficiency in Chinese is an advantage (essential for liaising with Mandarin speaking clients)
• Mastery of accounting, investment and finance
• Preferably with 2-3 years of CF or audit experience

Responsibilities:

• Equity origination involving analysis, profiling and pitching documents on target industries and companies to provide financing and valuation options.
• Communication with other syndicate banks and professional parties to coordinate in deal execution and book building efforts
• Organise and run roadshows with potential investors as well as provide feedback and coaching
• Collection of data into analysis and modelling in order to create financial models, charts, presentation and supporting material
• Internal sales communication support on deal selling points and angles and case studies
• Understanding of equity market fundamentals & work with internal and external stakeholders to make data-driven contributions to support seniors in the Equity Capital Market team on origination, syndication as well as execution tasks

Requirements:

• Financial / Accounting/ Economics background preferred, entry level applicants from reputable universities are welcome to apply
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, particularly the ability to articulate ideas in a concise and accurate manner
• A keen eye for presentation and details, the ability to produce professional Powerpoint presentations is a key analyst quality
• Adept at Microsoft Office products, in particular Powerpoint and Excel. Familiarity with the Bloomberg Terminal will be an added bonus
• Fluency in Chinese for active liaising with Mandarin speaking clients will be an added advantage
• Proven ability to think strategically, creative problem solver

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in managing, processing and reviewing the KYC information and documents for client onboarding or periodic review
• Work, coordinate and liaise across businesses and compliance units for timely completion of account onboarding and periodic review
• Follow thoroughly the CDD and KYC review with relevant parties eg external and internal stakeholders to facilitate the collection of KYC and relevant documents including tax information/documents and ensure clients are onboarded or account information are refreshed/updated in accordance to the company’s AML/KYC standards
• Perform AML Risk Assessment on both account opening and periodic reviews of existing relationships. This includes reviewing the adequacy of SOW/SOF corroboration and identifying any AML risk
• Adhering to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures and keep abreast of changes to any regulatory requirements on AML/CFT communicated by the team
• Ensuring established policies, procedures and processes are compliant with new requirements/changes and consistency of workflows amongst team members
• Other ad-hoc duties and task assigned
