The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing customers with high quality, professional customer service. Forklift Operators are responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging and transporting products into and out of a warehouse. Individuals in this position must work cooperatively with other associates and productively with little supervision. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, in accordance with company or site-specific safety policies and procedures.
Load and unload trailers, railcars, and transports to designated area.
Check product on inbound/outbound to ensure that items and quantities are correct and there is no damage.
Use handheld scanners/equipment for warehouse management system compliance.
Perform daily maintenance inspections of equipment.
Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
Participate in keeping the facility maintained in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion.
Additional duties assigned by supervisor.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Minimum of 1-year experience operating a forklift.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physically exerting tasks of the jobs in a warehouse environment that may be non-temperature controlled, meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates throughout each season.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
Must be able to work overtime and adjust schedule as needed.
Experience with RF equipment.
Warehouse experience in a high-volume environment; experience in a food grade, refrigerated warehouse helpful.
Familiarity with and ability to use order management systems such as WMS.
Forklift certified.

The Lead Warehouse Associate will be responsible for overseeing the handling of customer products, including the loading and unloading of product. This leadership role will be responsible for assigning work and work functions to all warehouse associates as necessary to meet the needs of the customer. Following company and site-specific safety policies, and encouraging other associates to do the same, is of great importance to this position.
Assign tasks to warehouse personnel through written and/or oral instruction, including: unloading, outbound staging and loading, verifying and labeling of freight.
Supervise tasks performed by warehouse personnel.
Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report them to maintenance personnel.
Advise associates on care and preservation of product, use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, shipping stock, and related problems.
Ensure high-quality customer service through assisting associates in warehouse functions when help is needed.
Take action and speak to associates when proper safety, quality, and productivity procedures are not being followed.
Work cooperatively and productively with other warehouse associates.
Adhere to company or site-specific safety policy and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions for self and others.
Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
Must be able to perform any physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment, which may be non-air conditioned or heated, meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates with the seasons.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The Senior Distribution Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Distribution Supervisors and hourly associates to achieve various goals, including productivity, problem resolution, outstanding customer service, employee relations (motivation and development), and maintaining a safe work environment.
What you will do…
Lead supervisors and hourly associates in a warehouse environment.
Ensure acceptable levels of profitability in multiple business units by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control management.
Ensure exceptional customer service key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.)
Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment by meeting or exceeding SCLS corporate safety goals.
Promote constant and measurable improvement; teach and enforce SCLS’ Quality Policy at all times.
Effectively communicate SCLS goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates
Conduct annual performance reviews for all staff within the department.
Personally coach, train, and mentor supervisors and hourly associates to ensure personal growth and career development.
Our ideal candidate will have…
5+ years of experience in a warehousing or distribution leadership role; preferably managing multiple accounts.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications
Demonstrated leadership skills to influence department and implement and manage change.
Ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating others’ efforts.

The Lead Warehouse Associate will be responsible for overseeing the handling of customer products, including the loading and unloading of product. This leadership role will be responsible for assigning work and work functions to all warehouse associates as necessary to meet the needs of the customer. Following company and site-specific safety policies, and encouraging other associates to do the same, is of great importance to this position.
Assign tasks to warehouse personnel through written and/or oral instruction, including: unloading, outbound staging and loading, verifying and labeling of freight.
Supervise tasks performed by warehouse personnel.
Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report them to maintenance personnel.
Advise associates on care and preservation of product, use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, shipping stock, and related problems.
Ensure high-quality customer service through assisting associates in warehouse functions when help is needed.
Take action and speak to associates when proper safety, quality, and productivity procedures are not being followed.
Work cooperatively and productively with other warehouse associates.
Adhere to company or site-specific safety policy and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions for self and others.
Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
Must be able to perform any physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment, which may be non-air conditioned or heated, meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates with the seasons.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Associate’s Degree (AA).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous leadership experience.
Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS).
Forklift certificate and/or license.

Overview
