Rivkin is expanding its operations and seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing manager to support this growth . Rivkin is focused on delivering exceptional results and value across finance, investment advice , and client partnerships, and is looking to hire a digital marketing and sales expert to build client relationships, and to promote the business over various social media platforms.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate should have experience in client relationship management in Australian and New Zealand markets. The candidate must also possess experience in lead generation, blogging and CRMs.
Experience Desired: 4 years in lead generation and client relationship management including at least three years within the Australian and New Zealand markets. Experience working with financial products a bonus.
Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive sales growth in the Australian market. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, social media, and business development, and must have extensive experience of dealing with Australian clients. They should be proficient in creating and executing strategic plans for client base growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Management:
Implement strategies to increase Rivkin Report (investment advice) sales in Australia and New Zealand.
Monitor sales performance and exceed key performance indicators
Generate leads through cold calling/ emailing and LinkedIn reach. Working together with the sales team to categorize calls as warm/ cold etc
Responsible for promoting and selling various retail financial offerings of Rivkin
Marketing Campaigns and Digital Strategy:
Execute market strategies through emails and across various Rivkin social media platforms, including paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Lead development and management: develop pipelines through market based research and work with a team of sales agents to turn potential leads to actual clients.
Focus particularly on conversion rates and return on investment in terms of paid advertisements.
Client and Team Management:
Work on client relations ship management, ensuring client satisfaction even after the final sale has been made.
Work together with the sales team to address client concerns and needs.
Support ad hoc business development needs of the company.
Brand Development:
Develop content and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Manage Rivkin’s social media handles
Operational Management:
Work with HR to shortlist candidates for the sales and marketing teams.
Train new sales team members.
Skills and Competencies:
At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing specifically for Australia and New Zealand, with a particular focus on business development
A degree with focus on advertising on digital media.
Experience with SEOs, Word Press, and HTML.
Experience managing a lead pipeline and meeting sales KPIs.
Proficiency in CRMs including active campaign and Hubspot.
