We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Driver for our Cincinnati, OH market who would be assisting with maintaining the warehouse, inventory, and tools. You will also play a pivotal role to the operations day-to-day by being the champion at delivering parts, materials, and tools to job sites and perform the essential functions listed below.
Annual Salary Range $35,400 - $44,250
Essential Functions:
1. Sort materials, using forklift, if necessary (we can train you!), to place on pallets, racks, shelves, or in bins according to set guidelines. You help own the organizational piece of the warehouse!
2. Prepare and complete requested orders as well as load in to truck via forklift or hand and record outgoing materials.
3. Transport and deliver goods to and from designated job site. You are a face of our branch and helping the team get the jobs completed!
4. Assist with inspections, labeling, and recording of incoming shipments of parts, equipment, and tools by hand or on the computer to maintain inventory records
Additional Responsibilities - you wear multiple hats here!:
1. Helps clean warehouse and equipment.
2. Responsible for inventory checks every six months, as well as help with adjustments.
3. Troubleshoot parts delivery issues (such as changed location, missing shipments, etc.)
Education:
- High school diploma
Experience:
- 1+ experience in a warehouse environment and/or as a truck driver operating a box truck or F450 Stake Bed Truck.
Specific Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
1. Knowledge of or ability to learn forklift operation.
2. Valid driver's license and experience operating motor vehicle - as well as enjoys driving!
3. Microsoft Office product computer skills are required.
4. Ability to work with minimal supervision - this job provides a lot of opportunity where you go by the beat of your own drum, so we need you to be self-driven!
5. Interpersonal skills - you'll be teaming up with customers and our team frequently!

JOB OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Project Manager is proficient in modernization estimating and product knowledge. This role provides technical support to the Front-Line team to develop, sell and successfully implement KONE products and service solutions that meet customer’s needs. The CSM Manager, Project team works mainly with the Front Line on complex, custom, special requirement projects. Standard product offering projects do not require CSM Manager, Project assistance.
The CSM Manager, Project will support Front Lines with solution creation, tendering, estimating, training, order booking, S/L line coordination, lead-times, installation practices and labor requirements. Provide support in answering customer’s technical questions as well as support the Front with technical issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer relationship management
Supports the Front Line by analyzing customers’ technical needs and develops proposals outlining how KONE’s products and services can provide clear solutions to meet these needs.
Involved with projects requiring custom,
Technical consultancy to Front Lines and customers. Available to participate in planning / specification meetings with contractors, architects, and owners etc. where necessary.
Available to attend meetings and co-ordinate with project design team (Developers, architects, main contractors, and structural and consulting engineers).
Analyze modernization specifications for the purpose of identifying requirements and confirming KONE product compatibility/capability for Front Line modernization opportunities.
Acquire input from engineering staff, relative to custom design and interface of KONE products to existing equipment applications.
Organize technical details for modernization tendering purposes.
Offer value-engineering concepts to the Front Lines that will provide innovative applications of KONE solutions in the modernization sector.
Technical Sales Support in the Customer process
Provides technical and costing support for the tendering process.
Coordinates specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line, and Sourcing.
Accountable for solution engineering.
Ensures that the proposed solution fulfils the codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
Understanding costs and have a financial understanding of each project worked on.
Participates in Pre-Tender and Pre-Booking meetings as needed.
Technical support in the Delivery process
Provide support to Front Lines on most demanding projects.
Organizes the order process and documentation.
Manages the internal management of drawing and related documents.
Database knowledge acquired from specification review and engineering input in a logical, organized medium, offering ease in retrieval by others.

Complete weekly and monthly reports relating to modernization tendering support activities.
Defines the Profit level between Order Intake (OB and -2), Final engineering (MS2 and -1) and Hand over to customer (2Z and 0).
Delivery lead-time changes.
The ideal candidate possesses a diverse background in engineering, business, and technical fields, coupled with a broad business perspective. They would be able to demonstrate an excellent grasp of the KONE business estimating systems, product applications, and order engineering processes, complemented by business, sales, and product application experience. Their skill set includes strong analytical capabilities, innovative thinking, and visionary insight. They exhibit technical proficiency, particularly in MS Office, Excel, Word, and SAP. With experience in the elevator industry, they can effectively survey and assess existing equipment. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are a strength, alongside a keen customer focus and attention to detail. Their expertise extends to a comprehensive understanding of KONE elevator products and processes, coupled with solid leadership abilities. They possess knowledge of KONE solution-related norms and standards, as well as familiarity with KONE's current solutions and basic understanding of competitors' technical offerings. For VB specific roles, they are adept at site surveys and familiar with existing building modernization/installation methods, as well as supply engineering and KONE quality management. Virtual collaboration skills and an understanding of KONE supply operations round out their qualifications.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant field, or several years’ experience in elevator business field operations.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in elevator business field operations, Branch, Project management or selling.
KTOC tendering expert a plus, but not mandatory.
IT literacy.

KONE product and process Knowledge a plus, but not mandatory.

The Senior Tax Manager will lead the tax department for KONE in the US (including all KONE entities – KONE Inc., KONE Holdings Inc, Marine Elevators LLC, and ENOK.) The responsibility for compliance includes all tax areas; Federal and State Income tax, Sales and Use tax, and all other tax requirements. The responsibility for compliance will also include all US licensing, including Business Licenses, Contractors Licenses, and annual reports. Both Tax and License compliance includes Federal, State, City, and County requirements.
This person will plan, prepare, and deliver timely and accurate Tax returns and Payments ensuring we comply with all relevant regulations. This role encompasses Tax administration, Tax planning activities, all tax calculations, preparing supporting documents etc., and working with our partners (Deloitte etc.) ensuring 100% compliance in every tax area.
This role also encompasses Tax accounting and reporting – both for KONE internally and externally. This includes ensuring accurate accounting, reporting and analysis of assigned balance sheet and statement of income accounts in accordance with KONE Accounting Standards (KAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and International Accounting Standards (IAS).
This role is expected to lead, manage, and successfully defend KONE position in all Tax Audits (Income tax as well as Sales & Use tax). This person will design and implement the changes resulting from audit learnings and drive the change in the KONE business process. This role will support the KONE Auditors (currently EY) with the annual external audit as well. The role will lead the Tax team in the US.
JOB OVERVIEW
As Sr. Tax Manager your responsibilities will be:
Tax Compliance
Responsible for overall management, review and timely tax compliance across all jurisdictions.
Primary tax reporting and compliance function is focused on preparation of corporate income tax returns including timely completion of tax work; ensuring 100% tax filings are done on time and accurately – including timely payments made to ensure compliance. This includes preparation of taxable income and book-tax adjustments and providing information in a timely manner to Deloitte for preparation of consolidated US Corporate Income tax return and State Returns. Also responsible to complete preparation of City / Local Tax returns and filing them on time. Responsibilities also include preparation of extension requests and amounts, estimated tax vouchers and amounts, working various statements / apportionment data etc.
Responsible for timely reporting of all Tax information, Estimates etc.
Review of working papers, schedules, reports and other correspondence - for all Income as well as Sales & Use Tax returns
Coordination of all information and analysis necessary for timely filing and preparation of all required tax filings
Preparation and maintenance of Tax Calendar and compliance dashboard for all tax requirements across US
Responsible for ensuring complete tax accounting, controls, reconciliation and reporting are done accurately; ensuring the monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reflect the accurate tax positions; this includes preparing journal entries, reconciliation, ensuring true-ups are done; and cash flow forecasts provided planned tax payments for the month;
Consistently applying appropriate accounting policies and proactively recommend updates and revisions as appropriate. Establish control framework for Tax accounting; ensure compliance to KONE Accounting Standards (KAS) and KONE Internal Control Standards;
KONE and other tax reporting responsibilities (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual etc.)
Tax Planning & Analysis + Tools
Evaluating new technologies to streamline processes and/or improve information flow
Overall responsibility to manage the Tax tool upgrade projects – from start to successful go-live; and also, to ensure properly reconciling ERP vs Tax tools at regular intervals;
Remain current on new tax legislation in relevant jurisdictions.
Complete complex tax analysis that requires an understanding of various tax laws/statutes
Build analytic models to help evaluate impact of changes in tax law and policies to understand how it impacts the company;
Support business with acquisition / disposition / other structural tax planning scenarios, whenever required.
Assist in identifying tax planning opportunities and risks.
Additional projects, research requests and duties as assigned.
Relationships
Work closely with outside tax advisors (Deloitte)
Working relationship with Global Tax team
Build relationships and interact with Business team to provide excellent internal tax service and instill the highest level of confidence in the tax function.
Coordinate with other Accounting & Finance Directors so that Accounting supports Tax and Tax supports Accounting.
Collaborate with Tax Manager – Indirect Tax as necessary and appropriate on all relevant topics; and with the Tax leaders of Canada and Mexico.
Manage the tax team and guide them towards excellence in tax process and practice
Supporting Area Financial Controller with creating and managing the overall compliance dashboard and other tasks for the Area.

Able to grasp complex concepts and present them in a simple manner
Ability to pick up business understanding, data flow, SAP and such, and conduct research in order to provide Audit defense; and able to handle all audits independently.
Able to work well in a fast paced work environment

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Taxes, CPA preferred
Excellent technical accountant with at least 12-15 years of experience working in a professional tax role.
Income tax expertise required.
Good working knowledge of Sales & Use tax.

An Area Deployment & Business Partner Manager works on the finance operations team to ensure proper business partner between KBS and the business to ensure that processes are managed in accordance with the appropriate KONE Way requirements as well as meeting KONE quality requirements.
