Responsibilities

• Produce and create short video content for Instagram and TikTok including ideation, shooting and editing
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns through EDMs, social media platforms and web
• Identify and research potential influencers who align with our brand and target audience.
• Negotiate compensation and terms with influencers, and manage influencer collaborations from start to finish.
• Assist in photoshoots / graphic design / video editing
• Assist in product design and product sample development
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to video content creation and influencer marketing.

Requirements

• Diploma or currently pursuing or recently completed a degree
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Proficient in design software including Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop
• Open to being casted for content creation
• Passionate about content creation and female fashion
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to commit for at least 3 months of full-time internship and start in Apr/May 24

Responsibilities

• Take charge of order fulfilment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse to optimize inventory management
• Work closely with the lead to streamline return and exchange processes
• Support in supply chain process
• Collaborate with the design team to manage and organize product samples for new collections.
• Assist in coordinating the sampling process to meet design and production timelines
• Help with product procurement preparation and organization for a successful photoshoot
• Support in marketing - email marketing and competitor research
• Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks to support various departments and business needs.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and customer service is a plus
• Passion for the fashion industry and interest in e-commerce trends.
• Able to commit for at least 3 months of full-time internship and start in Apr/May

Responsibilities

• Support the founder in procurement-related tasks such as selecting the right product mix, managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory, preparing budgets and providing administrative support
• Assist in design sampling and measurement
• Work closely and coordinate with factories and vendors
• Leads the inbounding process of new inventory
• Keep track and monitor latest fashion trends
• Compiling reports on product performance and data
• Customer service support
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• Able to commit min. 6 months full-time
• Degree or Diploma in any relevant fields, fashion related role will be a plus
• Passionate in fashion with strong knowledge or keen eye on local fashion trends
• Previous experience in merchandising or retail industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Chinese and able to converse with our partners in mandarin

Role Overview

As a LIKKA partner trainee, you will be groom to become a core member of the leadership team. You will be responsible for marketing, product curation, trendspotting, and contributing to the growth of Likka. This position is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a keen eye for fashion trends, and a deep love for local fashion.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student or Bachelor's degree graduate.
• Preferably proven experience in the fashion industry, with a experience in brand development, marketing and growth.
• Strong passion for local fashion and a love for shopping in the local fashion scene.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a vision for the future.
• Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week.
