As our Manager/ Sr.Manager, Analytics - Marketing Acquisition , you will gather, analyse, identify and lead actionable data insights to solve real complex challenges and build the most successful web/mobile gaming platform for millions of players. Responsibilities

• Leverage complex data algorithms and numerical methods for forecasting, simulation and predictive analysis designed to optimize key decisions and metrics such as retention, engagement, and operations.
• Analyze consumer data to drive insights into how to target effectively, retain customers at low cost, and optimize engagement metrics.
• Develop a reporting process for all KPIs.
• Champion awareness of data indicators within the organization and teach everyone to proactively identify data patterns, growth trends, and areas of improvement.
• Improve Conversion Funnels, Improve Customer Conversion Rate and own AB tests relating to the acquisition of users and take ownership of impact analysis for those AB tests.

• B.Tech or a bachelor’s degree.
• An MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
• 5-7 years in analytics execution, with specific experience in all stages - gathering, hygiene, and analysis of data resulting in actionable insights for an end-to-end product, marketing, and business operations.
• Experience of at least one statistical and analytic tool, or language expertise in R, Python, SAS, etc.
• Expertise in analysis algorithms, numerical methods and data tactics used to drive operational excellence, user engagement, and retention.
• Expertise in at least one visualization platform such as Tableau, QlikView, Spotfire or Advance Excel.

As our SDE I - Unity, you will have direct influence over the quality of the game that will end up in the players’ hands; there is a tangible link between your work and the player experience. You are entrusted with coding the interactive systems that make the game. With every new iteration, you commit yourself to answer the most fundamental questions: Will the player enjoy this? Does it feel right? You’re an avid gamer who cares about the player experience.

Responsibilities

• Write code efficiently.
• Write generic code wherever possible.
• Be proactive in suggesting enhancements and technological choices.
• Assess performances regularly and optimize systems whenever necessary.
• Advise and suggest corrective measures to meet project objectives whenever necessary.
• Work with technical directors and Leads from other working units (design, graphic design, animation, sound, etc.) to ensure the efficiency of the systems that are used by other subordinates.
• Optimizing games for memory & performance
• Network handling
• Basic Animations using Animator

• 2+ years of experience in Unity using C#
• Must have shipped more than two games on Android & iOS platforms.

• Extensive knowledge of Unity programming using C# and debugging.
• Strong understanding of mobile environments (Android & iOS).
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• Experience in C# and optimizing code.
• Proficiency to communicate with all disciplines and to support and elevate subordinates in terms of quality and technical vision of the game.
• Experience in working with Unity DOTS ( ECS/Jobs/Burst) and C++ is a huge plus.
• Strong understanding of JSON format
• Understanding of REST API is a plus point.
• Multiplayer engines such as Photon or custom built WebSockets are a huge plus.

As our Product operations Executive, you will be responsible for instrumental in driving operational excellence and seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring the efficient development, quality assurance, and successful delivery of our cutting-edge products.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient product development processes.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the product development lifecycle and implement streamlined operational procedures.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to assess product performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for product specifications, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that products meet high standards and are aligned with organizational goals.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within scope.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product operations, project management, or a similar role (2-4 years).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

1. Maintaining up to date, data quality in HRIS including employees Life cycle changes in HRIS and

internal ERP system

2. Coordination with employees and insurance brokers for Mediclaim and maintaining MIS tracker of

Claims (Cashless & Reimbursements), Nomination (Addition / Deletion), Mediclaim Cards, etc.

3. Processing Employee PF, ESI, Mediclaim & Other Employment Registration forms

4. Preparation of Salary revision letters, Termination letters, Transfer letters and Confirmation

letters.

5. Monitoring Relieving Procedures and Settlements and general administration-related work and

Employee Co-ordination.

6. Responding to employee queries, grievances over phones, mails and meetings with employees

7. Ensuring vendor payments are done on time, managing invoices, ensuring payments are

released by Finance team.

8. Manage end to end background verification process.

9. Ensure personnel file documentation is done and ensure all documents pertaining to PF, ESI,

Gratuity are duly filled by employee and record maintenance is done.

10. Setup events such as blood donation camps, health checkup camps etc.

 A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations.

 Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization

Development.

 Better than average written and spoken communication skills.

 Eye to detailing, Strong team-player, and Analytical ability

 Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) and G-Suite including.
