As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for managing the logistics operations of our company. This includes overseeing the transportation and distribution of our products, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of our products to customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales orders, and customer deliveries
- Monitor and optimize the performance of logistics processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee the packaging and labeling of products to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics activities, such as delayed deliveries or damaged goods
- Keep track of market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless operations
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in the education industry
- Strong knowledge of transportation and distribution processes
