Responsibilities:

• Prepare electrical rewiring lists and budgets for Town Councils’ approval as well as plan rewiring project for the year.

• Carry out site inspections with Town Councils and contractor on the mock-up sample for electrical rewiring.projects.

• Raise request of variation orders for any additions/ omissions of any items of electrical rewiring projects.

• Ensure staff adhere to work health and safety procedure.

Requirements:

• Recognised degree in the field of Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years working experience in design, supervision and maintenance of electrical installations, fire protection systems and other electrical related works and services.

• Knowledge of Trouble shooting of M & E equipment.

Job Description

• Coordinate and oversee both general and table-top cleaning contractors
