• Responsibilities
• Leads and manages a team of architectural personnel if possesses adequate experience;
• Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs; Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals;
• Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
• Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients;
• Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
• Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors;
• Ensures design quality and authority compliance.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices;
• Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programmes such as Microstation, Revit, Photoshop and Sketchup;
• Flair in design, ability to sketch fast and produce good design concepts;
• Conversant with local codes and regulations.

• Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Assess the degree of hazards and risks to ensure workplace safety is maintained.
• Communicate with the management, contractors and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates.
• Conduct the negotiations during the course of the project to ensure issues are resolved.
• Control project scope to meet project objectives in order to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
• Develop cost reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the project.
• Monitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved in accordance to building contract law.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations.
• Prepare the cost analysis for the project in order to ensure the overall value is enhanced.
• Provide advice on contractual claims so that the project scope is managed.

Responsibilities

· Ensure full compliance with business conduct, and ethics policies are adhered to for office and project sites.

· Ensure that all site activities adhere to WSH and Environmental legal requirements, clients’ requirements and other requirements.

· Plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and review safety-related programs.

· Advice management on WSH deficiencies.

· Maintain all safety documentation and records.

· Investigate and submit accident reports and recommend remedial actions.

· Inspect and rectify any unsafe practices and conditions at the worksite, and put up reports on follow-up actions.

· Comply with any other safety-associated functions and processes as instructed/assigned by WSH Officer/Manager.

Requirements

- Must possess at least an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.

- Additional certificates related to safety is an added advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

1. Knowledge of Accounts-min Secondary School Level with at least 1 Years working experience in related field .
2. Knowledge of Computer
3. Daily updating of Banking Transactions/Reports
4. Co-ordinating with Bank for Import Bills/Documents
5. Updating all data as required
6. All other Ad-Hoc duties assigned
7. E-submission of GST Returns- Quarterly
8. Prepare Monthly Staff Payroll and CPF E-submission.
