CONTEXT OF THE JOB
As a Business Developer, you focus on improving the performance of our processes, systems, and tooling. You do this by translating product and process improvements into value propositions and end-to-end solutions that are consistent with developments in the areas of technology, digitalisation, legislation, and regulations. You also take into account the requirements and frameworks set by internal and external stakeholders, such as development teams and regulators.
You are able to promote change through the solutions you propose. You clarify how effective improvements in performance, quality, and efficiency can be achieved. You provide advice to relevant internal and external
stakeholders, create support for implementing change and run activities in your discipline.

- Master’s degree in accounting
- Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods

- Development of vision for sustainable processes for value propositions
- Project results in line with agreements
- Suggestions for improvements to processes and propositions (products, services, systems, and tooling)
- Business analyses supporting the implementation of proposals
- Improvement in client satisfaction
- Monitoring and adjustment in the event of deviations in quality
- Up-to-date portfolio of internal and external change initiatives

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Required level and content of education
- Accounting related University degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of definition of business requirements, stakeholder management and processes and regulations for market access, clearing, settlement, custody.
- Knowledge in IT system
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Python
- General knowledge of ETL process, data engineering & modelling
Required employment experience
- 5-10 years relevant working experience
- Financial services industry experience
- Team player
- Good analytical skills
- Result oriented
- Experience in Agile environment
- Experience with Confluence and Jira desired
