This person works closely with the sales and product marketing team. He/she will report to the General Manger for Business & Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing & Project Management

· Promote events and product launches using digital channels such as display ads and social media.

· Develop marketing collaterals across channels including sales brochures, booth designs, and digital display banners for sales campaigns, events, promotions and advertisements.

· Achieve optimal storefront presence, conduct product training and prepare for launches and other Acer events.

Regional Marketing

· Assist the manager in the planning and execution of regional marketing activities.

· Act as the main liaison with the regional marketing agencies.

Digital Marketing

· Manage all social media content and marketing campaigns.

· Execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversions to Acer e-store, social media and e-commerce platform.

· Analyse all digital campaigns key performance indexes to optimize investment.

Parner Marketing & Budget Management

· Close collaboration with partners on projects and events.

· Manage and secure marketing support.

· Responsible for marketing budget, funding and expenses.

· Responsible for claims submission and processes.

Relevant Experience:

· Minimum 3 years of experience.

Basic Skills Required:

· Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications.

· Strong communication and writing skills, creative and resourceful, proactive and good time management

· Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

· Fast learner with ability to handle all operational aspects independently.

· Good project management.

Job Responsibilities

-Perform a variety of production processes such as:

• Assemble/Disassemble of computer components according to Sales Order or Work Order
• Preload customers’ HDD/SSD images
• Update computers’ BIOS or Firmware
• Exercise responsibility for quantity and quality of parts
• Visually inspect parts to standard
• May use hand tools to assemble products

-Unpacking/Packing of computers and its peripherals

-Other Logistics duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• No experience is required as training will be provided
• Possess Secondary school education
• Must be physically fit and strong to handle heavy goods

Job Description

• Responsible for developing new sales accounts and building new business through identifying new sales opportunities
• Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and revenue quotas
• Manage sales funnel to analyse and monitor sales and pipeline activities against assigned quotas in addition to providing accurate and detailed forecast
• Develop and manage customer relationships in order to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, retain existing revenue and attain additional business
• Create account plans and proactively conduct strategic account reviews of customers on a regular basis to review service needs, usage trends, product requirements and pricing that meet customer needs and business objectives
• Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation

• Key presenter and trainer of products under his/her portfolio, and conducting competitor analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing in the IT industry. Entry level candidates are welcome. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for a senior role.
