• You will serve as a Supply Technician, GS-2005-05/06/07 in the Project Support Division (Code 530) of the Supply Department for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
• You will monitor and maintain inventory accounts for non-expendable equipment in the Material Access Technology (MAT) database system.
• You will complete and periodically update the appropriate fields in the equipment inventory program for capitalized equipment using the applicable computer programs.
• You will monitor, conduct spot checks, and inventory all items listed in the assigned equipment inventory listings and reconcile assigned equipment accounts.

Summary of Duties Include, but are not limited to:

This Coordination Center Officer position is located at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to:

• Supporting security from functions and operations such as Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response (VIPR), Playbook, Screening Passengers by Observation Techniques (SPOT) operations, Transportation Security Specialist - Explosives (TSS-E) operations, Travel Document Check (TDC) operations, and other activities and applicable operations.
• Coordinating and tracking the readiness status and maintaining working relationships with other related entities throughout TSA, including Headquarters and other airport operations to ensure effective coordination and sharing of necessary information, as determined by the Federal Security Director (FSD).

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The purpose of this position is to analyze malfunctions, troubleshoot, remove, install, repair, modify, maintain, test, align, calibrate and certify the components of the aircraft electrical system the electronically and pneumatically controlled environmental system, and associated test equipment, and to certify these systems are air worthy, by intensive inspections of the Electrical/Electronic and Environmental System and peripherals.

• Performs functional tests, analyzes performance and troubleshoots the electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical functions of the subsystems integrated into the digital brake/antiskid system, maintenance annunciation panel (MAP) system of the integrated main generator, standby generator, emergency generator, flight control power, AC/DC power distribution and sub-systems integrated into the electronic/electrical and environmental systems. • Ascertain whether cargo offered for booking can be accommodated in available space aboard designated vessel and advises Battalion leadership or unit representatives as to changes in relation to amount and type of cargo offered.
• Prepare Final Loaded stowage plan and executive summary for vessel loaded at Port of Embarkation.
• Coordinate with unit movement representatives for unit deployment lists in preparation of documentation activities for the deployment and redeployment of military units.
• Serve as primary coordinator between contract personnel and the Battalion to ensure availability, proper use of government furnished lashing gear, equipment and dunnage.
• Serve as Quality Assurance Surveillance Specialist (QASP) for contract administration and management of Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S/RTS) contracts.
