• Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
• Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
• Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
• Provides internal quality assurance.
• Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.

 What you bring

• Minimum 10 years of related experience in QA / software testing space.
• Good experience in team handling.
• Experience with multiple API automation test tool -(Postman, RestAssured, Karate, SOAPUI, cucumber, etc
• Experience with multiple UI automation  -Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robotframework, etc
• Hands on automation test development experience with at least 1 scripting / coding language-Java, Python, C#, Javascript, etc
• Experience using source control (GIT, SVN) and  Jira and Zephyr Scale test management tool.
• Experience preparing test cases and test plans with an automation mentality.
• Experience using CI tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, AzureDevops

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• May oversee the area in the absence of the lead/supervisor.
• Perform quality checks throughout the entire data control job.
• May monitor workflow. Make recommendations for process improvements as appropriate.
• Coaches and mentors junior staff. Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
• Identifies errors in calculations and balances and make corrections.
• Receives and prepares physical documents for delivery to the sorting department.
• Performs online reject-repair using a CRT and physical documents.
• Physically repairs rejects.
• Prepares transit cash letters.
• Prepares and dispatches client statements and adjustments as needed.
• Prepares cash letter of return items.
• Performs data entry on an input device/application.
• Reconciles and properly documents all out of proof conditions.
• Compares work product with word standards for accuracy.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

Skills Required

• Typically requires a minimum of four or more years of demonstrated data control/encoding experience with at least two years as a Data Control Associate II.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills in dealing with employees or external customers/clients
• Knowledge of procedures used to segregate and distribute output
• Knowledge of balancing and correction procedures
• Proficient in entering data into various PC software packages
• Proficient in classifying computer output
• Knowledge to operate a computer effectively and utilize software packages required by the position

• Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
• Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
• Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
• Controls and manages own daily test activities.
• Provides internal quality assurance.
• Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Organizes and maintains the test script library.

 What you bring

• Good experience in Test case creation/execution, Types of Testing, Risk based Testing, Integration testing ,Unit Testing ,Regression testing , Priority/Severity
• Hands on experience in JIRA/Rally , SPIRA, ALM , Jenkins, Gits , SVN
• Good experience in automation tools like Cucumber/Selenium , Web API Testing ,Postman/SOAP UI.
• Banking & payments domain mandatory.
