Identify opportunities and support in the execution of country plans to meet the financial and profitability ambition for General Medicines portfolio business for Greater China & Intercontinental Region.
- Review P&L performance of the countries in GC&I vs Plan, UP2 and CCC
- Facilitate MPR with LOC Commercial and Medical teams to drive performance, capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks
- Develop performance management reports for key stakeholder meetings: Regional MPR with Global Commercial Team, Regional S&OP, Regional MPR with Gen Meds Leadership Team
- Partner with LOCs to identify new opportunities for growth and explore alternative models of promotion to maximize profitability for the business across entire portfolio
- Work with Global Commercial teams to craft strategy and operational plans, and ensure optimal level of support is provided for GCI key brand market combinations
- Partner with LOCs to drive flexible resourcing initiatives
- Manage CSO & Digital performance with the LOCs, tracking dashboards and putting in place corrective measures where needed
- Support Digital Fuel activation activities for Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, and explore further opportunities for other GCI countries onboarding
- Identify strategic partners in digital and /or increase GSK owned consent and increase access to HCPs to increase GSK share of voice
- Support the LOE initiatives and LCM projects across GCI, providing guidance and strategic inputs in execution
- Engage with relevant local, global and regional stakeholders in terms of supply optimization such as supply allocation, brand/SKU discontinuation and brand/SKU rationalization
- Set up regular network calls to share best practices across markets and support execution where needed
- Support markets in drafting STPs for project approvals
- Ensure all actions and activities comply with GSK policies, standards and procedures
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business
- Min 10 years of experience pharmaceutical industry
- Min 2 years of experience in Local Operating Company
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experienced with strong track record of performance.
- Proven ability to lead and manage scope and/or complexity i.e.: multiple large products, therapeutic portfolio.
- Act Decisively: Makes and acts on decisions quickly and effectively and fosters the same in others. This is based on an underlying courage to enable risk-taking for the business.
