Overall Duties

Reporting to and working closely with the Events Director – Technical Operations, the Head of Technical Officials is responsible for day-to-day management of the Technical Officials programmes within the Events Department, including:

• Management of day-to-day technical officials operations including tournament assignments and planning;
• Management and development of the professional technical officials workforce including referees, umpires, and tournament doctors;

Job Description

• Create and develop creative XHS/IG video content (in mandarin) for official social media account that are align with the company branding and marketing strategy.
• Optimize videos for XHS/IG, staying at the forefront of the latest trends and algorithms.
• Stay tuned in to XHS/IG trends and techniques for maximum engagement.
• Able to recommend improvements to increase performance
• Able to make creative and unique videos to share across our platform.

Requirements

• Candidate with Professional Certificate, Diploma in Video Production / Film / Mass Communication / Creative Multimedia or equivalent are preferred.
• Require Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro OR CapCut 剪影
• Experience in editing footage or at least familiarity of beauty products on XHS/IG would be an advantage.
• Understanding on the requirements and needs of local demographic on social media
• Familiar in latest social media trend and hot topics.
• Good beaty and aesthetic sense of video editing
• Target-oriented and fast learner
• Must fluent in English & Mandarin/ Chinese

Purpose of Role: 

You will be fully responsible for the specification, design, implementation and unit testing of various components of a mission-critical, cloud-based web application. You will be required to work closely with developers in both Malaysia & Singapore. 

Responsibilities: 

- To execute the role of a full stack developer. 

- To be part of the development team that maintain and develop new features on an existing cloud-based .Net web application based on existing & new requirements. 

 - To contribute ideas on how to solve customer’s challenges & requirements. 

- Communicate effectively for any progress of the project. 

Minimum Requirements: 

a) Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of experience developing frontend & backend services. 

b) 3-4 years’ experience as a .Net web developer. 

c) Possess sound knowledge of IIS configuration and deployments (all versions). 

d) Good MS SQL database knowledge on Tables, Views & Stored Procedures is a must. 

e) Experienced in of JavaScript, HTML & CSS is a must. 

f) Experienced in C# .NET development is a must. 

g) Strong experience with the ASP.NET framework, Model-View-Controller (MVC). 

h) Knowledge in Telerik UI for ASP.Net AJAX is an added advantage. 

i) Knowledge in AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap or other new web technology will be an added advantage.

j) Knowledge in Crystal Reports (in .Net) and/or SQL Reporting will be an added advantage.

k) Knowledge in developing Webservices for integration with 3rd party systems will be an advantage.

l) Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC) will be added advantage. 

m) Development Tools: Visual Studio 2017/2019, Visual Studio Code, Git
