Responsiblities :

•	To liaise with the relevant departments for the smooth implementation of all NPI
•	Work closely with Design & Tooling Department on tool design; modification and fabrication to minimize hiccups in all project;
•	Performs analysis of process related problem with the aids of design of experiments (DOE) data gathering and initiates corrective and preventive action to eliminate the root cause of the problem;
•	Responsible in finalization of all the Process Control Plans, Flow Charts and Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis prior to mass production of new product/model;
•	Review manufacturing methodology for processes enhancement and robustness.

Requirement :

•	Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Master Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
•	At least 5 years and above  working experience.
•	Knowledge on 6 Sigma, 7QC Tools, PFME, DOE, SPC and etc.
•	Age 29 to 35 years old.
•	Good concept in Poka Yoke, Jig& Fixture and able to interpret 2D & 3D drawing.
•	Experience in aluminium/magnesium Casting & Moulding industry are advantage.

Informa Markets in Vietnam is seeking for an Event Executive. This position is to provide administrative support and assist in the executing of various event management directed by the Event Manager. This position is to work at Informa Markets in Vietnam.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the strategy and direction-setting process of an event by generating ideas to improve the value that Informa Markets offers.
• Develop the Event experience, ensure a high-quality level of delivery in support of the Event’s strategy and customer needs.
• Explore and execute partnerships, support the Event Manager to liaise with associations, governments, etc.
• Develop deep industry knowledge through internal and external relationships.
• Develop and improve the clients & partners’ experience at the Event.
• Develop Event loyalty by learning about the demands of the targeted and wider markets and providing trends/issues to the Event Manager in developing the event strategy.
• Support to carry on exhibition activities and materials including organizing side events, roadshows, etc.
• Liaise with other departments such as Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure the Event’s elements are well set up.

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for revenue generation from new customers and existing customers.

You will be expected to source and close leads, to develop strategies to attract new customers, enter new markets and review new business revenue; revenue generation from existing and new customers by retaining and maintaining relationships, growing accounts and driving exhibitor attendance.

1.        Be responsible for managing domestic sales activities in Vietnam to meet regional and event target.

2.        Identify clients’ needs, maintain the relationship (mostly with senior positions) & increase the revenue with existing clients, deal with day-to-day clients’ requirement

3.        Search and evaluate new prospects, build up exhibitor database, market research and develop relationship with potential clients

4.         Maintain good relationship with related Embassies and Associations, develop brand awareness and industry specific knowledge, keep up to date & analyze competitors’ activities.

5.        Closely coordinate with the offices worldwide within network in managing exhibitions, overseas sales team and agents for prospects, customer services

6.        Closely coordinate with Operation Department in all operations matters and with Marketing Department in promotional activities, coordinate with Finance team for timely and correct invoicing.

7.        Monitor after-sales services, compile and analyze sales figures for regional sales report.

8.        Maintain accurate and timely customer information and notes within Salesforce (CRM system)

9.        Capture and enter sales contract information into the CRM/ invoicing system, being in charge of exhibitors’ payment follow up with the support from an event executive.

10.      Directly report to and assist Event Manager in various matters of sales and event management.
