Role Description:
The Implementation Manager, working with the CSRM will play a crucial role in executing through strategic partnerships across a specified geography. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of program implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to learner engagement, course completions, and credentials issued.

Key responsibilities:
