Trainees (classroom) management

• Assist to train, coach and assess trainees (in collaboration with other Instructors and APs) in centre and on-site to meet requirements of production incorporating vocational skills and work habits – hard and soft skills.   Manage vehicle logs and other administrative tasks as required.
• Plan and deployment for CSR/VIA/volunteering for any assigned events/ programmes/ initiatives.

Financial Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects/systems and processes are recovered with minimum down-time.
• Ensure that projects are managed within the given budgets and timeline.
• Utilize TenderBoard system where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.training
