As a Conservation Program Specialist your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Develops draft and final policy, regulations, and legislation that better provide management tools and guidance to program staff, resulting in more effective and efficient conservation delivery. • Develops leveraged partnerships with state and local/community organizations, as well as state and local government entities that serve targeted taxpayer populations. Serves as the Relationship Manager for these partnerships and coalitions in order to ensure effective delivery of outreach, education and free tax preparation programs. Communicates key program messages, supports partners with program delivery, and monitors compliance with program quality standards.
• Develops, recommends and implements marketing plans, including targeted key messages, information dissemination methods, and optimum communication vehicles. Develops and recommends effective, research driven marketing strategies for agency programs, products and messages.
• Working with leveraged partners, reviews and analyzes taxpayers' financial information to recommend alternatives for filing and payment of federal taxes. Independently reviews tax liability issues, reviews data, identifies and addresses potential tax issues; explores issues to determine nature, scope and direction of inquiries; evaluates alternative courses of action to resolve issues/problems; develops marketing plans and products.
• With some guidance, plans, prepares and conducts, or arranges for leveraged partners to conduct, a variety of innovative and customized seminars, speeches, workshops and feedback sessions that highlight IRS benefits emerging issues and new legislation to targeted audiences. Within this structure, the incumbent performs the following duties:

• Prepares Systematic Analyses of Operations (SAO) annual schedules, and monitors program to ensure timely reporting to upper management officials.
• Maintains division and administrative files, is responsible for disseminating directive and other publications to all appropriate division personnel.

As a MISSION SUPPORT ASSISTANT (OA) , your typical work assignments may include:

• Performing administrative support services, to include Records Management, Privacy Act, official mail control, postal management, forms management, correspondence management, reports control, record keeping, etc.
• Performs a variety of clerical duties to include, prepares and maintains correspondence pertaining to travel, time and attendance, data processing and maintenance, personal property (accountable and non-accountable), supply management, human resource liaison assistance, records management, and TFO management.

The Medical Technologist provides the full oversight control for ancillary (point of care) testing. The Medical Technologist is responsible for assuring all aspects of testing, competency, and quality to meet regulatory compliance requirements for the program. These assignments require specialized training and experience.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Plans, implements, and coordinates quality control programs for ancillary testing sites and assures participation in acceptable proficiency testing programs in all areas of ancillary testing.
• Plans, implements, and coordinates preventative maintenance programs and reviews documentation for ancillary testing sites.
• Assures that all ancillary testing sites remain in compliance with quality control, proficiency testing programs, and safety standards as dictated by JCAHO and the College of American Pathologists (CAP) Accreditation Programs.
• Acts as the technical advisor for quality control, records control, proficiency testing, inspection and accreditation for ancillary testing on a hospital-wide basis and oversees the safe and accurate testing of outreach facility patients in the clinic and at the home.
• Develops a documentation plan for all ancillary testing sites as part of a continuous quality improvement plan.
• Assists the Chief, Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service in coordinating the identification of the type and location of all ancillary testing sites, including point of care testing, and their designated directors within the medical center.
• Coordinates with the clinical programs and the chiefs of clinical services that perform ancillary testing and provides annual estimate on the number and type of ancillary testing analyzers and methods used in these sites.
• Assures compliance with the following patient test management requirements: (a) detailed written or electronic test requisition; (b) a recording system for specimens submitted that documents each step in processing and testing patient specimens; (c) adequate systems to report test results in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner; and (d) adequate systems governing the maintenance, timing, and storage of test reports.
• Designs, implements, and monitors training and proficiency evaluation programs for all non-laboratory personnel who will be performing ancillary testing procedures.
• Serves as the Laboratory Safety Officer for all sections of the clinical and anatomic pathology laboratories, updating safety manuals, chemical hygiene plans, and safety in-service training programs. Assures that all safety procedures and protocols meet CAP, JCAHO and OSHA requirements.

The CYP Food Service Worker performs various tasks or a sequence of tasks in food service preparation. Tasks consist of several steps that require attention to work operations and follow and established sequence of work. These tasks, which are summarized into categories related to food preparation and service, kitchen maintenance, and food storage, are summarized below.

Food Preparation and Service

• Assist in food preparation with tasks such as peeling potatoes; cutting, sorting and washing vegetables and fruits; assembling sandwiches; and measuring and weighing ingredients.
• Stocks food service carts with appropriate utensils, plates, bowls, food and beverages, as required for family style dining in the classrooms or activity areas.
• Wraps, arranges, and/or packages items for serving to children and youth.
• Transports food from kitchen area to classrooms or activity areas.
• Returns carts, dishes, and leftover food to the kitchen and disposes of all food waste and trash.
