Financial Management Support Analyst, Senior

As a financial analyst on our team, you’ll provide financial planning support that updates and enhances the ability of the Air Force client to integrate its strategic and operational planning efforts into higher Joint headquarters’ plans. You will develop and execute Agile Combat Employment (ACE) planned projects. You'll develop a Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) roadmap and an integrated master schedule (IMS) to identify and track activities and constraints. You will apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

You Have:
- 4+ years of experience with Air Force Financial or Resource Management
- Experience with Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management Systems (DEAMS), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) v5, Defense Travel System (DTS), or Government Purchase Card (GPC) program
- Experience with leading and participating in a Working Group or planning groups
- Knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
- Ability to create effective information papers, POAM roadmaps, IMS, emails, reports, and briefings
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with the Air Force financial systems DEAMS, FM Suite, DTS, or Military Personnel Appropriation (MPA) systems
- Experience with agile combat operations and concepts, including Pacific Air Forces’ Agile Combat Employment (ACE) initiative, site survey, infrastructure improvement, and prepositioning concepts across the AOR
- Knowledge of DoD and Air Force Military Construction (MILCON) process, construction funding authorities and programs, and procurement requirements packages
- Ability to present products to stakeholders and decision-makers to achieve key outcomes
- Ability to combine mission expertise with a technical mindset to help solve clients’ priority challenges, including coordinating experimentation of new technologies
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification, Associate in Project Management Certification, or Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
