RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setup the platform’s standard port agency service procedures to guide all the local agents, maintain high quality of the online services
• Lead the team to monitor all the inbound service enquiries/orders from the shipowners/charterers, response to shipowners in timely manner
• Coordinate with the ASPs for best quotations and feedback to shipowners
• Assign the order to the selected ASP and arrange the future service deliveries

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Marine services on the platform. Cultivate and maintain a strong relationship with Service Providers within the assigned region.

Manage a team to source and identify Service Providers (including Classification and Flag State requirement, Electrical and Mechanical Services, Inspections and Survey, Calibration and Certification, Port Agency Services). Engage Service Providers onboard the e-commerce platform, negotiating with Service Providers on pricing and contractual terms for Marine Services products.

Monitor fulfillment of orders from Client and service progress is on schedule with minimal disruption and demurrage.
