Role Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Facilities Manager who will manage all high performing operational aspects of the assigned sites within the account owned and/or occupied portfolio in accordance with the requirements of all local requirements. The Senior FM will oversee the teams in APAC supporting all on account. This role is client facing and candidate must be able to exhibit exceptional customer and stakeholder service and communication.

Job Description

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of all aspects of the facility, including maintenance, repair, and optimization of the building structures and systems. Responsibilities:

Facility Operations Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive facility management programs, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree from a recognised tertiary establishment and have managed an accumulated building portfolio of >100,000 sqm in the past 3 years.
• He/She must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience at his/her equivalent level as a FM, or Tier 2 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation by Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA) accreditation scheme,and proven management background.
• Proven experience in managing facility operations, preferably in commercial real estate/industrial.

To keep finances on track, you’ll monitor and create budget plans and management reports based on business objectives. Part of your responsibilities is also being our liaison officer who takes charge of our major programmes on-site and coordinates with the relevant parties.
