• Monitor performance and efficiency of applications and instigate modifications and improvements where necessary.

• Demonstrate extensive experience with SQL, PL/SQL, interfaces, workflows, reports

Your Key / Essential Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for End-User Support for PCs, Mobile & Hand-Held Devices, Tablets, MS Applications


• Assist with Helpdesk, Ticket Management, Issue Escalation & Issue Resolution


• Windows Server Support & Configuration up to version 2019


• Support & Configuration of O365, VMware & Linux


• Assist in IT Projects as well as BAU Operations


• Network Support, LAN/WAN & Wi-Fi


• Cyber Security Support, Endpoint, Detection & Response (EDR) etc


• Software and Web Development Skills.

Highly Desirable Software Skills:

• Software development using PHP, HTML


• Database query and management using MySQL, MSSQL
