 iv.            Membangun dan menyelaras penyediaan dasar/polisi/tatacara/peraturan Suruhanjaya berkaitan pentadbiran, kewangan dan sumber manusia;

   v.            Mengurus dan merancang keperluan sumber manusia;

 vi.            Mengurus dan menyelaras laporan berkaitan pentadbiran, kewangan dan sumber manusia kepada pihak-pihak berpekentingan;

vii.            Menyelaras mesyuarat jawatakuasa tetap dan ad-hoc berkaitan pentadbiran dan kewangan serta sumber manusia;

viii.            Menyelaras penyediaan laporan aktiviti bahagian yang berkaitan untuk Laporan Tahunan SUHAKAM;

• Plan, direct and oversee Student Recruitment Division in delivery of student recruitment targets aligned with the Student Recruitment strategy.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Employee Engagement: collaborate with manager, SLT and employee resource groups to design and deploy targeted projects and interventions that drive engagement. Support managers and teams with analysis of results and driving action plans.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• A university degree holder in HR/Business/Management. Min. 6 – 8 yrs of HR experience in a managerial role, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Fluent in English to communicate effectively (oral and written communication). Knowledge of another Asian language would be beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and planning skills – ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and time pressures on an ongoing basis.
• Strong computer skills inc. HRIS / database systems.
