Role Summary

Generalist (Operations)

• Assist FT in New Hire Onboarding process (E.g P-filing, Issuance of inventory, Photo-taking, Attendance registration)
• Assist FT in Offboarding process (E.g Asset return, Attendance deregistration)
• Assist FT in Data Entry (Eg. Key in Excel & HRIS)
• Assist FT in WICA (Eg. Retrieve Documents from Staff and P-files)

• Conduct business requirement gathering to assist HR Business Partners to develop a comprehensive and effective job design, organisation structure and job description.
• Coordinate and manage organisational development programmes (e.g. trainings, corporate social responsibility, townhalls, employee engagement, etc.) for the group to ensure seamless coordination from pre-event until post event.
• Monitor and manage the development of the talent pool that are part of the Employee Development Programme.

• Responsible for creating & update employee profiles, data, and all other records in HR Avenue (HR System) as when required.
• Work as a team on all HR engagement activities.
• Prepare all types of HR letters & Forms as requested (e.g. offer letter, acceptance of resignation, employee verification, BAU, checklist, etc.)
• Handle personal files, from scanning and uploading to the filing.
• To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the immediate manager from time to time.

• Data organization, filing, and encoding
• Handle lead sourcing, interviewing and recruiting internship candidates, talent mapping
• Assist the department with events organization
• Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor

This is a contract assignment of minimum 6 months

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the HR team in the implementation of Regional HR Strategy in Asia Pacific

• Handle HR communication activities across the region, eg, Sharepoint pages, communication materials and slides, etc

• Review internal HR policies within the countries across the region to achieve standardisation

• Support local HR activities to enhance employee engagement and talent retention

• Interact and work with multiple stakeholders on various HR initiatives

• Support on administrative tasks related to daily, operational HR activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures for assigned organizations.
